Finance Assistant | Rickmansworth
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next role in a fast-growing company?

- Location: Rickmansworth - Office-based
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Registering and processing purchase invoices
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery tickets
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any queries
- Ensuring suppliers are paid on time via BACS or cheque
- General office duties, including filing and phone support
- Experience in a high-volume role
- Organised, methodical, and detail-focused approach
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A team player with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
