Our client, a successful and well-respected independent Estate Agency in Rickmansworth, are looking for a Sales Manager to join their busy office. They are a professional, and very well established Estate Agency, who have built an excellent reputation for over 40 years. The ideal candidate will be either a Sales Manager looking for a new challenge, or a Senior Sales Negotiator looking for their first managerial role within the property industry. You must have a winning mind set, be very customer focused, and be able to communicate effectively at all levels, whilst leading a team. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Manager include:
- Basic £23,000 - £27,000
- OTE £55,000
- £3,000 Car Allowance
- Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri 9am - 6pm
- Every Saturday 9am - 4pm

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Manager include:
- Leading from the front
- Managing and inspiring the sales team
- Assisting the team on achieving personal targets

The skills required for the role of Sales Manager include:
- Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry including track record in listing and winning business
- Proven experience in residential sales
- Sales and target driven
- Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Well-spoken with good telephone manner
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to motivate and guide a team
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
