Customer Service Executive

Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

£28,500 + Pension + Parking

A skilled, enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Executive is required to join this successful local Company who are currently expanding and need extra support in their busy Sales Department.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing extensive customer service support for a wide range of clients based throughout the UK

- Answering incoming telephone calls, establishing nature of call and dealing with general enquiries

- Processing customer orders on computer system and sending out order confirmation emails

- Tracking progress of customer orders on computer system from instigation stage through to successful delivery

- Investigating customer complaints and ensuring all issues are resolved in a friendly and timely manner

- Maintaining computerised client database system and updating daily with details of all customer interaction
