A long standing construction consultancy that has secured a large scale, refurbishment of an existing office block, as well as a new business park on a listed landscape, requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on it.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based on site (the client's office), working alongside a Partner in delivering the work.

Alongside this scheme, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also work on other London based, high end housing and private school projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree/or similar
  • Driving licence - able to commute to Maple Cross
  • Office project experience would be a plus
  • A track record of delivering projects independently
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • UK consultancy / cost management experience
  • Client facing
