Job Description
You'll join as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, where you'll initially focus on identifying top talent within their niche. Whilst doing so, you'll undertake a 13-week training programme, delivered by trainers and consultants alike to mould you into a widely successful recruitment consultant. Once you complete your initial training, you'll get involved in more client facing work, eventually winning and delivering for your own clients.
