We are working with a popular and vibrant secondary School in Rickmansworth to provide Cover supervisors on an ongoing and supply basis to a large school in Rickmansworth.
Position: Cover SupervisorLocation: Rickmansworth, HertfordshireStart Date: January or February 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Follow lesson plans provided and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support students in their learning journey and respond to any questions they may have.
- Keep accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining student engagement.
