- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Processing and inputting orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating deliveries with internal teams and logistics partners.
- Maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the process.
- Previous experience in a similar customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
- Competitive salary, up to £26,000pa DOE.
- Monday-Friday, with flexible working hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
