We are looknig for a Customer Service Coordinator to start IMMEDIATELY! - Hybrid after training

£26,424 OTE (£11.55 p/h) standard hoursOut of Hours opportunity: £14.55 p/h 10pm to 8am

Our client based in Ringwood is looking for a friendly and confident individual to join their Customers Service team. This is an Inbound Contact centre role which involves handelling new orders from customers and Customer Service actions. This rolwe requires sales skills with a very strong emphasis on upselling. This role would also require managing emails, live chats and calls. Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a liaison between customers and company, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of inquiries.
  • Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels and resolving in a timely and effective manner.
  • Demonstrating a customer-centric approach to build and maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Documenting interactions accurately and updating customer information in the company database.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Upselling and cross selling on every opportunity presented in order to increase revenue
  • Place customer orders and resolve all customer enquiries at first point of contact efficiently

Hours range from Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am - 1pm

We are looknig for someone who is available to work weekdays, some weekends a month (9am-1pm) and on the very rare occassion that nightshift will need to be covered (a shift between 10pm-8am)
