Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid) - Ringwood - £25,800 OTE

The role involves working with customers who have a magazine subscription across a range of titles covering comic hero's, craft & cooking, technology, sci-fi fantasy, model making, sports and military.

You will deal directly with customer queries via the phone, email, live web chat and social media and will provide a fantastic customer experience by always responding quickly and professionally
