Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound calls, delivering exceptional service to customers and engineers.
- Audit invoices and handle close-downs using Simpro software.
- Manage and coordinate engineers' schedules using Google Calendar.
- Update the inspection board with completed works.
- Allocate jobs to engineers and manage them using Business Management Software (Asana).
- Oversee daily reporting and ensure all close-downs and general administration tasks are completed efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the drainage or plumbing industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDFs, CRM systems, and other office software.
- Prior experience in a similar customer service role.
- Ability to interact with customers with professionalism, calmness, and compassion.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
