We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional Customer Service Assistant to join our vibrant client in Ringwood. Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound calls, delivering exceptional service to customers and engineers.
  • Audit invoices and handle close-downs using Simpro software.
  • Manage and coordinate engineers' schedules using Google Calendar.
  • Update the inspection board with completed works.
  • Allocate jobs to engineers and manage them using Business Management Software (Asana).
  • Oversee daily reporting and ensure all close-downs and general administration tasks are completed efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the drainage or plumbing industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDFs, CRM systems, and other office software.
  • Prior experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Ability to interact with customers with professionalism, calmness, and compassion.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
