Calling all French Speakers! - Full-time Temp - Perm role, £13.00 p/h

Plus up to £100 monthly bonus with 10% wage increase for weekend work!

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary-Permanent, French speaking Customer Service Agent to join a van/car rental company's Customer Services team based in Ringwood.

What does the company do?

Have you ever been stuck at a store with a purchase way too big to fit into your car, needing a rental van to bring your new bed frame to your front door? This company rents vans to people in these situations. Vans available to rent for half an hour to half a day. As this comapny also provides services in France, this is where they'd need you, assisting customers over email, live chat and over the phone, all from their office in Ringwood!

This role also offers Hybrid working (2-3 days a week at home) once tranings complete!

Skills Requirements

  • To be fluent in both French and English.
  • Provide great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Customer at the heart of our business and interactions.
  • Being an excellent communicator is essential, whether it is amending details or fixing a problem you will ensure are Customers are kept informed and help navigate them on their journey with us.
  • Be an ambassador for Hertz 24/7 and represent the brand to the highest standard.
  • Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels.
  • A logical approach to resolving issues.
  • Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone.
  • Proficient in computer technology and systems
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Able to positively influence others
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • To be fluent in both French and English.

Hours - 40 hours per week - Monday - Sunday with a shift schedule provided 2 weeks in advance between 07:00am to 22:00pm.
