IT Field Engineer

• Develop your skills in a dynamic environment, supporting ICT in an educational environment
• Provide onsite ICT support to educational establishments across the South West and South East of the UK, supported by First and Third Line Teams

To apply for this ICT Field Engineer role, you will need excellent communication skills (telephone and face-to-face). You will also require the following:

• Previous experience in first or second-line IT Support
• Experience working with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Classroom
• The ability to learn quickly
• Driving license
