Purchasing Administrator | Ringwood | £27,000 | Temp-Perm
As the Purchasing Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring materials are ordered and arrive on time to fulfil customer orders efficiently. Working closely with both internal teams and external suppliers, you’ll manage purchase orders, track deliveries, support stock allocation, and help improve purchasing processes across the board.

Hours: Monday – Friday: 40 hours per week
As Purchasing Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Raising and managing purchase orders to meet business needs
- Requesting quotations and supporting logistics for materials
- Tracking deliveries and updating internal systems
- Allocating stock to customer orders
- Liaising with warehouse and operations teams to solve issues
- Producing weekly purchasing performance reports
As Purchasing Administrator, your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in a purchasing or supply chain role
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate level)
- Confident communicator – internal and external
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
