We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to lead our bar and lounge team.
The Role:
As the Bar and Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar and lounge, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar and lounge team to deliver high-quality service and achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Maintain inventory and stock levels, ensuring efficient ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service during events and peak times
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end bar or luxury hotel
- Exceptional knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
