Due to an internal move, our client is seeking an experienced professional to join them on a permanent basis. In this standalone role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process, working closely with the finance team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager. What will the Purchase Ledger Assistant involve?
- Processing supplier invoices and obtaining approval.
- Be responsible for the ledger, ensuring all invoices are paid in a prompt manner.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Processing expenses and company credit cards.
- Preparation of payments runs.
- Opportunity to support with an implementation of PO system and streamline AP processes.
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:
- Previous end to end accounts payable experience.
- Working in a high-volume environment processing large volumes of invoices.
- High attention to detail with good administrative abilities.
- The autonomy to manage your own workload.
