Location: Ripley Office, DE5 3QL (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annumHours: 8:30am - 5pmHolidays: 20 days + Birthday off
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Costings Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Ripley office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or progress their career in finance and administration within a supportive and growing team.
About the Role:
As a Costings Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the costings team, ensuring accurate data entry, invoice reconciliation, and the organisation of cost-related documentation. You will play an integral role in maintaining up-to-date financial records, supporting the smooth running of our cost control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Inputting & Maintenance: Accurately input cost-related data into spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring all records are kept up to date.
- Tickets and Invoices: Collate tickets with invoices and ensure consistency between the two.
- Purchase Invoice Queries: Raise and track any invoice discrepancies, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Administrational Duties: Assist the costings team with general admin tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to take responsibility for tasks and see them through to completion.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
