Sales & Estimating Engineer
Our client founded in 1978, provides 1st tier single source supply to worlds leading engineering manufacturers. We are currently recruiting for experienced Sales & Estimating Engineer to join this business in Ripley.
Key skills required of the Sales & Estimating Engineer:
- Must have over 4 years working experience as a Sales & Estimating Engineer
- HNC Qualified in a relevant Engineering Discipline as a minimum
- Demonstrable experience in the creation of accurate estimates for complex machined components and assemblies
- Must have over 3 years of experience in Technical Sales
- Must have excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to understand and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Competent with standard MS Office packages (Word, Excel)
- Competent with ERP systems and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach
The successful Sales & Estimating Engineer will be provided with above market rate salary, company pension, onsite parking etc.
Hours of work: 39 hours per week - Mon-Thurs 0730-1630, Fri 0730-1400
- Overtime, paid at 1.5x
