* THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION*SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator to support our client in Ripley over this busy period. Full Time, Office Based 40 hour week 12 Week Duration £14.00ph - Paid weeklyTypical day to day duties of the successful purchasing administrator:- Raise and receive purchase orders, addressing any discrepancies that arise. - Coordinate to ensure smooth stock transitions from overseas to our clients UK warehouses. This includes maintaining a delivery schedule to keep warehouse teams informed of incoming stock. - Periodically reconcile invoices and work with the finance team to ensure timely supplier payments. This involves receiving and processing supplier statements, ensuring all necessary invoices are received, signed, and entered into our system. - Manage back-order reconciliation and regularly communicate with suppliers to keep product and availability statuses up to date for the business. - Address stock adjustments and PQF (Product Quality Feedback) queries with depots, and liaise with suppliers to raise concerns and request credit notes when necessary. - Regularly update the supplier product and pricing database to ensure accurate and current information is available for clients and customers. - Handle document sorting and filing. - Perform general administrative tasks. - Conduct price matching.
