We are proud to be partnering with this thriving and successful business based in Ripley. You will support the Fleet team, ensuring compliance of the company's Heavy Haulage vehicles, ensuring the fleet operates safely, efficiently and in line with regulations and accreditation standards.

Salary is £27,000 - £28,000 per annum. 21 days holiday plus BH’s, Private Healthcare (Vitality Health - comes with £500 towards Eye Health, £100 towards Dental Health, Travel Insurance & more) & Pension.

Hours of work 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday - fully office based

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Maintaining accurate transport compliance records, including vehicle checks, servicing, MOT’s, insurance and regulatory accreditations
  • Using Excel to update and track fleet compliance data
  • Managing vehicle schedules, maintenance logs and documents
  • Liaising with drivers and suppliers

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous Administration experience is essential
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Fleet Administration experience is highly desirable
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • IT savvy - especially Excel
