Macildowie are thrilled to be working exclusively with a leading specialist brand, who are a market leader globally. We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support their Marketing and Sales initiatives on a full time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining brand identity, managing promotional content, supporting product and sales teams, and taking the business to the next level.

The role:

  • Design and manage digital/physical marketing materials (leaflets, banners, websites, social media).
  • Create content for newsletters, social media, and websites.
  • Manage image/video databases and coordinate with external photographers.
  • Support sales by handling customer inquiries, maintaining product descriptions, and preparing quotations when required
  • Organise attendance at key industry events and exhibitions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all products and communications.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess business needs and product developments.
  • Manage the website and make amendments using Wordpress

The candidate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in website content management (WordPress, WooCommerce).
  • Knowledge of search engine marketing and promoting technical products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
