Live-in Couple Two Chefs

The Sawley Arms is a sophisticated upmarket food-based country inn, serving locally sourced, fresh produce in beautiful Sawley near Fountains Abbey, Ripon. Combined with traditional ales & an excellent wine list, we currently have seven luxury en suite rooms.
Looking after the premises under the owners specific instructions, we are ideally looking for two experienced chefs, to be enable to run the kitchen single-handedly & take full responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen & dining itself, when our head chef is off site.
If not also a chef, the other must have the front of house skills to run the bar, meet & greet, & have hands-on experience of cleaning a restaurant, bar, kitchen and toilets, as well as the hotel & en-suite accommodation.
These are not management positions, they are hands-on, manual roles; we are looking for a hardworking, trustworthy couple who are real team players, prepared to undertake any reasonable task as instructed by the owner, both inside & outside the premises, including daily chores & routines.
As we are in a rural location, you will also need a driving licence & your own transport.
In return, we offer you a spacious & stunning apartment on a fully furnished basis, on a 3 month probationary period in the first instance, along with a very competitive salary & incentive package to be discussed further at interview.
