IT Support Engineer - Ripon, North Yorkshire - Up to 30K + Onsite Gym + 23 Days Holiday + Bank holidays + Private Healthcare


We are looking for a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join an award winning Group of companies who work within both the public and private sectors with the head office in Ripon, turning over 100s of millions per year.

This exciting opportunity will suit a talented IT Support Engineer who is well versed in a broad array of tech from O365 to networking. They employ over 150 people with a technical support team of 4.

They are a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity. IT Support Engineer will also be given the chance to be involved in all aspects of the project process from conception through to completion and launch. The environment is relaxed yet professional, gone are the days of a corporate rigid structure. The positions is in office.

IT Support Engineer experience:

* Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems
* Office 365
* Outlook / Email Solutions
* Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 Mailbox Management
* Active Directory Users/Computers Management
* Networking
* Microsoft Office Applications
* Proven experience resolving incidents quickly by using support tools
* Exposure to HP and Dell hardware.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop system and applications.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP, switching, routing, smtp, proxy servers, DHCO and DNS.
* Knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals and anti-virus software.
* Knowledge of Spiceworks Helpdesk, Sage200 FMS, Cisco, Helpdesk/call logging systems and VM Ware


We are not expecting the IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!

You will be self-motivated IT Support Engineer, a good communicator and have a natural desire to create a fluid environment. The successful IT Support Engineer should have strong problem-solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
