Primary School Teaching Assistant

Position: Teaching Assistant
Days: Monday to Thursday (4 days per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting class teachers with day-to-day activities
- Assisting individual students or small groups to enhance learning
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Providing care and support to ensure the wellbeing of all pupils
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging lessons
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and committed to the learning and development of children
- Experience working with primary school children is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
- A flexible and proactive attitude
