We are seeking a General Manager to develop and drive forward our Visitor Centre and restaurant. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of food and service while retaining a friendly approach.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and collaborate on exciting events and campaigns.
  • Ensure the team provides a professional, friendly, and welcoming service to all guests.
  • Train staff to deliver the standard of service appropriate and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, develop, and train staff as required, including supervisory staff.
  • Rota service staff ensuring a Supervisor is designated for every shift.
  • Control staff costs to deliver required profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety procedures to ensure the safety of employees and guests at all times.
