We are currently recruiting for Helpdesk Support Consultant for a well-established software services company.
Our client has a fantastic approach to flexible working offering hybrid working with only two days at the Birchwood, Warrington office (Tues & Weds)
Salary range: 25,000+ (dependant on experience)
Free onsite parking

Key role
The post holder will respond to customer support calls and assist in the resolution of customer queries.
"To take and respond to calls from customers, and to promptly and accurately log each call and respond utilizing the Help Desk logging system
"To work as part of a team
"To be able to use Microsoft applications in conjunction with the payroll database
"To advise customers on fault rectification
"To maintain various versions of payroll to respond to client needs and requirements
"To assist in the compilation of help desk related management information as and when required
"To regularly review the functionality of payroll and to report on improvements that may be achieved
"To promote the training and consultancy services of the company
"To provide assistance to all employees as requested, and to assist in the process of tender responses, if required
"To assist in the training and development of new Customer Services staff
Any other tasks assigned from time to time by your manager

What the ideal candidate will have:
"Ability to be part of a multi-skilled team
"Demonstrated time management skills
"Demonstrate IT systems knowledge
"Demonstrated a basic level of PC keyboard/mouse skills
Previous experience with the following applications:
At least 2 years relevant Payroll/HR database knowledge
At least 2 years relevant Payroll/Technical knowledge
