JOB TITLE: Hardware Product Sales Specialist/ Hardware Sales Specialist

SALARY: £23,000-£48,000 DOE

LOCATION: Cirencester or Warrington

Hybrid Working – 3 days in office a week.

A global IT Solutions and Services business with a substantial global turnover exceeding £250m is expanding its team. They seek a Hardware Product Sales Specialist to join their Trading team. This role will focus on selling to channel customers such as MSPS, SI, and Resellers. If you are passionate about IT Lifecycle services, professional services, ITAD, and hardware sales, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Job Specification: Hardware Product Sales Specialist/ Hardware Sales Specialist

Your role will involve buying and selling a defined product set to a variety of brokers and channel customers to generate margin.

The role will involve the following:

  • Being proactive and calling potential customers to build a working relationship, upselling and meeting customer requests.
  • Logging activity into the CRM.
  • Use several different resources to obtain new business and grow existing relationships. This includes a combination of phone, email, messaging, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Being highly responsive to customer requests.
  • Utilising and engaging with other people within the trader and sales teams, through to logistics, warehousing, finance, engineering, and HR.
  • Weekly reporting.

Requirements: Hardware Product Sales Specialist/ Hardware Sales Specialist

Ultimately this is an IT sales role, but the ideal person would come from a “broker”/ “trader” IT sales  background.

However, if you have sold hardware to IT resellers and you may have come from IT Distribution or an IT Reseller then this could be an ideal role for you.

You’ll receive excellent training, work with a fantastic team of people and could have a really flourishing career.

You’ll need to be ambitious, driven, detail oriented and very customer focused.
