About the client
Our client is Rapidly Growing and looking for a Financial Controller to join their team, to take control of the Finances of the business working within manufacturing.
Financial Controller Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience in industry, preferably manufacturing /service and installation.
- Implement new Systems/Controls to ensure the Financial Side of the Business is ran as efficiently as possible
- Able to report to directors/external accountants
- Manage current accounts team/bookkeepers
- Prepare management accounts
- Prepare year end accounts and liaise with me.
- Prepare forecast and budgets
- Implement controls around costings, raising of sales invoices etc
Financial Controller Skills & Experience
- Strong Management Accounting skills and experience
- Previous Accounting Software Experience - Preferably Xero or Sage
- Ability to supervise a small team
- Confidence in dealing with all stakeholders including directors and external accountants
- Drive to implement financial controls
