The position involves conducting various electrical repairs and installations in managed domestic social housing properties.
The role offers a competitive rate of £20 LTD per hour for 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a company vehicle included.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2391 or equivalent, 18th edition, and NVQ Level 3 Installations qualifications.
A valid driving license is also required for this position.

Organise and carry out the design, installation, maintenance, testing and repair work for the domestic properties,
Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
Carry out responsive electrical repairs.
Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.
