With our Client we are looking to appoint a Finance Manager. Our Client is a long established Engineering business - with a TO of c £10m - they are based on the edge of Rochdale, close to motorway links.

The role of the Finance Manager is for a hands on / can do character - someone who wants to work as part of the Senior Management Team in this rapidly expanding business.

Will be positioned as part of the Senior Management Team - you will also work closely with the External Accountants.

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE MANAGER;

You will have a Finance Team of 2 and as a team you will work across;

  • Daily management and improvement of existing Finance Team
  • Work to prepare Year End Accounts and work with External Accountants through Statutory Review
  • Systems Improvement - our Client works across Xero - which needs to be improved from a Reporting perspective
  • Be responsible for preparation of compete set of Management Accounts to include - Profit and Loss / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow etc.
  • Prepare Forecasts and Budgets
  • Work to implement Controls around Costings / Sales Invoices / Credit Control etc.
