Assembly Electrical Team Leader

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong leadership skills? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where you can guide a team and optimize production?
We're looking for an Assembly Electrical Team Leader to support the Assembly Shop Manager in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Assembly Shop team in daily operations
- Ensure machine builds meet quality, time, and cost constraints
- Provide technical assistance and oversee work distribution
- Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers & engineering teams
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including safe electrical connections
- Identify training needs and develop team members
Qualifications & Experience:
- VQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (HNC is a plus!)
- BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Hands-on experience in panel building, reading electrical drawings, and functional testing
- Strong problem-solving & leadership skills

Team Structure: 1 Qualified Electrician + 2 Apprentices
