Douglas Scott are working with a long-established and reputable law firm based in Rochdale. For generations, my client has delivered exceptional legal services, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability. and they pride themselves on being a ‘safe pair of hands’ for all of their clients. They specialise in multiple areas of law including Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Family Law, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Wills and Trusts, Inheritance Tax advice and Estate Planning, Elderly Client Services, Dispute Resolution, and Criminal Law. They are currently looking for a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic team and provide comprehensive legal services to individuals across the region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Elderly Client Affairs and Trusts.
  • Manage and develop a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring a high level of client care and legal expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke and empathetic advice tailored to individual needs.
  • Support and mentor junior team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Stay informed of changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing up-to-date advice to clients
