RTL are on the hunt for a Groundworks Site Managerto join the company and assist in managinga package consisting of roads, foundations, sewers, brickworkand drainage based in Rochdale.
My client is a Groundworks and civil engineering sub contractor based in East Yortkshire and has continous work for the right candidate.
Groundworks Site Manager responsibilities:
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
- Sitesupervision
- Health & safety management
- Supervising labour and staff
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
- Sitecost/value control
- Programming
- Commercial reporting
- Client liaisonOrganizing plant & materials.
Groundworks Site ManagerRequirements:
- Must have experience working onresidential projects.
- SMSTS/CSCS
- First Aid
- Experienced with working with sub contractors.
