Job Duties:
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students
  • Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' learning and well-being
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other school events as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Relevant degree in Education or related field
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum
Experience:
  • Previous experience teaching primary school students
  • Experience in lesson planning and classroom management
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students and challenging behaviour
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
