iO Associates are thrilled to partner with a well-established FMCG Manufacturer based near Manchester, in the search for a talented Production Supervisor to join their team.

As the Production Supervisor, you will ensure daily performance targets within the factory are met in alignment with company procedures and technical standards. You will be working over two shifts patterns, 05:30-15:00 and 14:30 to 11:10.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high standards of manufacturing practices.
  • Demonstrate core company values, behaviours, and high-performance standards.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives for your direct reports.
  • Comply with food and hygiene requirements, adhere to company health and safety standards, and wear appropriate PPE.

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a factory supervisor role within the FMCG industry (food industry experience desired).
  • Strong knowledge of all factory operations.
  • Excellent team-building and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in organising daily workloads, working under pressure, and performing both independently and as part of a team.
