Our client, a leading plumbing and building company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in estimating, project management, and working with the Contracts Manager to contribute to the success of the company.

The Role:

  • Conduct site visits to assess projects and gather information for accurate cost estimations.
  • Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
  • Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project teams and senior management.
  • Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the project is completed on time.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in estimating and project management.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating and surveying.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Familiarity with building regulations and construction practises.
  • Relevant certification in estimating or surveying is an advantage.
