Our client, a leading supplier of high-quality FMCG products, is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join their team.
The role involves managing a portfolio of purchases, defining category strategies, and overseeing a small team to achieve growth objectives.
Candidates should have experience as an FMCG Senior Buyer with multiple category responsibilities and a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
The position offers a salary of up to £52,000 and includes a company bonus, staff discount, and significant progression opportunities.
Applicants are expected to have previous P&L responsibility and the ability to analyze data.

Hybrid Role, WFH 2 days a week

The Role

Manage a portfolio of purchases across key categories and suppliers
Manage a small team to deliver category growth objectives
Define the category strategy, range, price & promotional strategy for your categories
Agree JBPs & marketing activities with Manufactures/Suppliers
Open new accounts with major Grocery suppliers

The Candidate

Experienced FMCG Senior Buyer with multiple category responsibility
Excellent command of Microsoft excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIFetc)
Ability to analyse data
Previous P&L responsibilty
