Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd are working with our Rochdale based Client to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant. These are exciting times for our Client - they are rapidly expanding due to extending their business across the UK.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;

  • Annual Salary of c £26,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
  • Flex start and finish times - we can also consider reduced hours
  • 25 days Hols PLUS Bank Hols
  • Pension - Client contribution can be increased from 4% to 6%

THE ROLE OF THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;

Will report to the Finance Manager - working as part of a small team of Finance and Payroll.

The person and personality of the Ledger Clerk is the most important aspect of this recruitment - so we are looking for;

  • Positive / Can do Mindset!
  • A team player
  • Someone who is adaptable as the business continues to expand!

THE ROLE OF THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;

Will work end to end Purchase Ledger across;

  • High volume processing of Invoices
  • Match Invoices to Purchase Orders
  • Supplier query management and resolution
  • Process of subcontractor Timesheets and Invoices
  • Reconcile Supplier Statements / regular Supplier Statement Reconciliation
  • Assist with Month End and Audit processes
  • Ad hoc duties
