Delta Obstruction Lighting Ltd are currently seeking a reliable and organisedAdmin Assistantto join their team on atemporary basisfor a minimum of one month. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and is based at their office in Rochdale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing up quotesfor clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Responding to email enquiriesin a timely and efficient manner.
- Scheduling worksand managing appointments.
- General administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and email platforms.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
