We are pleased to inform you about an exciting opportunity for a Secretary working for a brilliant Law firm. This position is in Spinningfields in Manchester City Centre, and the offices are out of this world! Below are some key details about the role, As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with a variety of tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings and appointments
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Preparing memos, letters, invoices, statements and other documents
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and other PAs
  • Attending meetings and recording minutes
  • Monitoring and processing expenses
  • Arranging dinners and social events
  • Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings and appointments
  • Booking meetings rooms or external venues as required

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/ Professional services is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with case management systems.
  • Exceptional prioritizing and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to self-manage a large workload in a busy team.
  • Confidence in delegating work when necessary.
