Responsibilities:
- Providing care, guidance, and emotional support to children and young people.
- Encouraging independence and helping them develop essential life skills.
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals, education, and recreational activities.
- Supporting children through challenges with empathy and patience.
- Maintaining a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
What We're Looking For:
- A caring, resilient, and compassionate individual who thrives in child support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and young people, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
