Advanced Practitioners support us with the performance and quality of the service and this is a great opportunity to enhance and build management skills while continuing to work with children and families with a reduced caseload.Rochdale is currently in an exciting transition into the family safeguarding model. To support us in this transition we need to establish multi-disciplinary teams where specialist practitioners are co-located with social workers under a unified management structure.
