Senior Bookkeeper
Location: Full-time, In-Office (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
About the Role:
As our in-house Bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a high-responsibility position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing financial data at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and VAT submissions
- Preparing monthly management reports and supporting annual accounts
- Managing and updating financial data within our CRM system
- Ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
- Liaising with external accountants and internal stakeholders
- Supporting operational tasks and process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-level bookkeeping role
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Joblogic, simPRO, Service Chnnel and Verisae)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable with various accounting and business software (Xero)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
