Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their dynamic and highly motivated team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products, meeting productivity targets, and ensuring a safe working environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned organisation and develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This organisation will provide a full training programme to ensure you have the skills needed for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a factory environment
- Moving product from production line, wrapping, storing in warehouse
- Loading deliveries
- Loading raw materials to production line
- Working to production targets
- Maintain clean work area.
- Participate in plant maintenance tasks to optimise equipment performance
Requirements:
- You must have your own transport due to location
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work across various plants and tasks.
- Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
- 4 day working week!
- Temp to perm opportunity
