As Head Chef your responsibilities include:
- Creating menus, being innovative and understanding of preferences and food allergies
- Waste Management and Stock control
- Cooking food to a very high standard, using fresh ingredients and everything from scratch
- Food Safety and Health and Safety, having full knowledge and maintaining standards and 5 EHO
- Liaising with Suppliers and sourcing quality products
As we are a very small team here, we are looking for someone with a passion for food, positive attitude and a team player.
This is a self employed role, MINIMAL weekend work - only 1 Saturday per quarter.
Part time - averaging 28 hours a week, but can be more depending on business needs.
NO bank holidays - we are closed bank holidays and over the Christmas period.
Bonus included.
As all food is cooked from scratch and up to the best standards, experience is required in a similar role.
