Position: Residential Children's Home Manager

Location: Isle Of Grain - Medway

Role: Permanent: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Start: ASAPOur client is on the lookout for a dedicated registered manager to join their 3 bedroom children's home.

The Role: This is an exciting and valuable role, dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every individual receives personalised care and support.To be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the home.You would safeguard and promote the delivery of high-quality individualised care to the children and young people that live in the home. Ensuring consistency in line with organisation values and homes statement of purpose.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years at a senior level within a Children's Home
  • Hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with a demonstrate commitment to obtain a NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children's Services or equivalent
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the Ofsted Regulatory Framework for Children's Homes
  • A track record of providing a highly specialist evidence-based service for Autistic children and young people
  • Experience in organisation and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
