Quattro Plant are looking to recruit part time administrator to work alongside our busy hire desk in our Rochester Depot.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Answer a high volume of calls whilst demonstrating a standard of professionalism
- Support the hire controllers with raising orders and dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Record all client feedback
- Keep all filing and administration up to date as directed
- Handle correspondence, filing and record keeping with a high degree of accuracy
- Be an ambassador for the Company to visitors
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality and environmental management
- Ensure the proper use and care of equipment and materials used in the execution of the role
- Ensure that all requirements relating to the supply of vehicles and equipment to municipal Clients are adhered to
- Receive and record all enquiries, passing them to the appropriate person in a timely manner
- Hire desk duties including opening contracts on syrinx, wages/invoicing.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fully skilled in basic Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self motivated
