Passive Fire and Fit Out Manager for an award-winning main contractor client based in Kent.

They cover commercial projects in Kent & London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a team with development and progression.

Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive project programmes including schedules, project milestones and deadlines. Preparation and management of forecast valuation documentation
* Review and track labour/material to ensure projects remain within project cost plan.
* Production of detailed material take off documentation to issue to buyers to procure.
* Review sub-contractor quotations, ensuring all subcontractor purchase orders are raised and issued.
* Ensure all work undertaken meets the standards of quality and complies with design specifications/project brief.
* Undertake regular senior management site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
* Production of CPP/health and safety documentation, ensuring review and sign off prior to the commencement of works on-site.
* Arrange/undertake regular safety audits and risk assessments.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
* Provide regular updates on progress, addressing any client concerns or changes in requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and communications.
* Document any changes or variations to the project scope.
* Identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions.
* Manage conflicts and mitigate risks that could impact project time-lines or quality.
* Ensure quick resolution of any on-site problems to maintain project momentum.
* Promote sustainable practices and materials where possible.
* Stay updated on working practices, innovations and trends that could enhance future project delivery

The Ideal Candidate Will Be
* Experience in presenting tenders to clients
* Strong understanding of the commercial & education construction sectors
* The ability to read tender specifications, drawings and produce detailed pricing cost plans
* Driving licence.
