Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety, and Environmental function for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust H&S procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering a culture of safety across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Regularly review and update policies to align with current legislation and best practices.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near misses, utilising Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies, key clients, and internal stakeholders to promote HSE initiatives.
• Manage ISO9001 (desirable)
• Travel between various UK sites to oversee HSE implementation and adherence.

Essential Requirements:

• IOSH qualification (minimum requirement).
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

Desirable Experience:

• NEBOSH certification.
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
• Background in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
