My client seeks an experienced SJP Financial administrator who is confident, numerate, a professional individual who thrives on using their initiative with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.

As a Financial Administrator, you will offer technical and administrative support and ensure a high level of customer service for Practice clients.

Key responsibilities include:

•Serving as a point of contact for clients and third parties, addressing general enquiries.

•Handling business submissions using bespoke software and ensuring timely processing.

•Completing tasks promptly in accordance with the nature of our business.

•Drafting LOA’s, LOV’s, speaking to providers, and being the first point of contact for all external stakeholders.

•Managing diaries and internal IT systems.

•Providing all other admin support necessary to ensure the smooth running of the admin team.

Key qualifications and attributes include:

•Experience in Financial Services with a desire to expand and develop knowledge.

•Proficiency in IT and excellent communication skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities and decision-making prowess.

•Familiar with CRM Salesforce.

•Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

•Confident in liaising with third parties while exercising total discretion.
