Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Provide professional property maintenance advice to ensure landlords and tenants receive excellent service.
- Property Management: Address property management issues efficiently, ensuring compliance with operating procedures.
- Contractor Coordination: Manage the key register and contractor database, while coordinating with lettings offices on pre- and post-tenancy work.
What They’re Looking For:
- Lettings Process Knowledge: Experience or a good understanding of the lettings process (though full training is provided).
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Communication and Organisation: Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Positive Attitude: A "can-do" attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in IT, essential for managing databases and communication.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Standard hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm (with two days ending at 5:00pm).
- Option to work from home one day per week after passing probation.
